La Casa del Procurador is located on a 10-acre estate, seven kilometres from Villena and one kilometre from the of the Shrine of our Lady  of the Virtues. The proximity to the Vía Verde “El Chicharra” makes it easy to explore the area on foot or by bicycle. The house can accommodate eight people. It offers parking facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and Wi-Fi.
