This initiative invites you to discover the fascinating world of beekeeping through a theoretical-practical day in a traditional apiary located in the Sierra de Salinas.

Beekeeping is a traditional practice linked to the natural environment and agriculture. However, in recent decades it is being threatened by diseases, climate change and the indiscriminate use of pesticides.

The main honeys collected belong to low scrubland (rosemary honey), traditional orange and lemon groves (orange blossom honey), blooms of several species of Mediterranean scrub (thyme, rosemary, lavender, etc.) and fruit trees such as cherry, almond tree or apple tree which give us multi-flower honey.

In addition to this unforgettable experience, with your help you contribute to sustainable beekeeping and the conservation of the environment and of bees.
